TAKE A LEARN TO RUN CLASS and discover the runner inside you.  To get started, take this informative class for beginning runners and fitness walkers of all ages.   Learn how to avoid injury, run correctly, develop a consistent running or fitness walking practice,  and achieve your goals.  In this supportive, non-competitive environment you will meet new running friends, gain confidence, have lots of fun, and best of all enjoy running!

 

We are crazy about Running

Class includes instruction, guidance, camaraderie, online support, running manual, training plan, and a running essentials kit: gear discount from the FootZone , tech T-shirt, socks, and lots more.

Each class is taught by Connie Austin, educator, coach, and runner for over 30 years. Motivation, support and camaraderie  also come from mentors, FootZone staff, local physical therapists, and your classmates.

SPECIAL  ONE NIGHT WORKSHOP!     –   Thursday, June 7,  5:30pm – 7:30pm at the FootZone  - For those unable to commit to the 3 week class, we’ll cover all the content  and practice we can in ONE night.

NEXT CLASS MEETS JULY 11, 18, 25 - 3 Wednesday evenings from 5:30 – 7:30 pm    at the FootZone in downtown Bend   REGISTER ONLINE HERE

Can’t take a class?  RUN IN OUR FREE WEEKLY RUNNING GROUP.  All are welcome to  join for motivation, training, and camaraderie.  Runners and walkers  -  5:30pm Wednesdays  at the FootZone.
